This is a nice Moroccan fossil from the Cambrian time, approximately 500 million years ago.

Fossil sea lilly are an actual animal ,not a plant and lived in Morocco about 440 million years ago in shallow waters.

They were connected to the floor of the ocean by long stalk.

We purchased this specimen on our recent trip to Morocco we dug for dinosaur fossils in dinosaur mountain and bought this specimen from the group local tribesman who owned the mines in this mountain.
