Head to your Selling Dashboard and click on the "Sales" button to find the item your customer wishes to cancel. Using the drop down box, change the status to “Cancelled”.
If you have already been charged commission for this item, after you change the status to cancelled, the already paid commission amount will be seen as a deduction from your next bill.
