This is a nice Moroccan marine fossil ., approximately 270 million years ago.

These specialized teeth were used to crush small crustaceans gathered from the ocean floor or from the coral reefs.

We purchased this specimen on our recent trip to Morocco

we dug for dinosaur fossils in dinosaur mountain and bought this specimen from the group local tribesman who owned the mines in this mountain.
