Boulder Opal Art Display
This Beautiful display was made in Quilpie in 1976 by one of the pioneers of the boulder opal industry Mr Des burton, founder Quilpie Opals.
The display has been covered with resin so has semi polish appearance.
Opal rough has some pieces that haven’t been exposed so interesting talking point this display
The base is mixed resin super strong base
This was originally in large wall display and you can see it still has two holes drilled.
We can add extra rough opal to fill these holes as they would be handy if you want to palace this display on wall or use a coffee table focal center opals are amazing
