  Small black pinpoint inclusions, a feather / gletz through the center of the crystal ,
  
  etched Octahedra faces on the diamond , presumably from immensely high Temperatures whilst being ejected from the fissure..
  
  One point is either malformed or etched away and formed a cavity.
