Enhanced with a softly frosted finish, the 2022 Australian Koala portrays the iconic animal dozing on the bough of a tree amid clusters of aromatic eucalyptus leaves. As well as the inscription ‘KOALA’ and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark, the reverse includes the coin’s weight, purity and year-date.
Issued as legal tender under the Australian Currency Act 1965, Koala silver bullion coins have been trusted for their weight and purity by investors worldwide since 2007.
