These beautiful handmade cameos are not new ,it is recycled from Japan in 1970 to 1990s they were popular with Japanese ladies to set in heavy gold with diamonds and rubies and worn as a brooch.
Gold is now so expensive, the cameo had been taken out and the gold melted .
